Our fight with Oracle Cloud

We've been trying to acquire a Oracle Cloud free account, in order to get a VPS because honestly, we have no money.
<Junko>
the point of this is that we want to run things like nitter, invidious and so, in lavenderfield. We would like to host ourselves a fedi instance too, if it was possible at some point, but seems like a resource hog.
<Anuma>
We are currently running these locally in our laptop, and it has worked amazingly, honestly with this and a proper redirect for qutebrowser links, we are set.
<Junko>
the issue arises when we want to share a video with a friend, we would have to manually edit the link from 0.0.0.0:3000 which is where we are hosting it locally, to another invidious instance or actual youtube.
<Anuma>
So our best move would be to get a VPS, and open the service in our webpage. To not dry our resources, both the fedi instance (If that ever happens) and invidious would have locked logins, meaning we would have to manually make an account for whoever we see appropiate.
<Junko>
one friend tipped us that oracle provided free vps with the resources they didn't use.
<Junko>
which kinds of seems like a fucking lie because it's impossible to sign up to the site, we've been trying for the last week to sign up. it keeps returning an error on processing the transaction and human tech support doesn't do shit.
<Anuma>
Take it easy.
<Anuma>
We've been told the same things and to send a mail to the Oracle support email. And so we did yesterday, we are still awaiting response. Truth be told we have no hope we can solve this anytime soon.
<Junko>
my schizo take is that they just don't want to allow new accounts, and rather than being honest about it, they are just cockblocking people from having a vps.
<Anuma>
Seriously, chill. We can probably fix this, will just take time.
<Anuma>
New updates will be published as we resolve this issue or give in and purchase a cheap VPS somewhere else. We are excited to add more features and services to our webpage.
